To roll up or down the main application window, left-click respectively on buttons rollupbutton and rolldownbutton on its title bar, or press combination of buttons that can be determined from the Tools | Settings main menu.  
 
Shared use of options Stay on top and Roll up/down allow you, if necessary, quickly refer to Link Commander, without keeping the application window open on the display of your computer.
